Meet Angie Faerber
The Heart of the Practice
Since 2010, Angie Faerber has been the nurturing foundation of Meyer Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Nutrition. In our community, the names "Meyer Chiropractic" and "Angie" go hand-in-hand. She is the soul of our office culture—a compassionate listener who provides a safe, professional, and private space for every person who walks through our doors.
Professionalism & A Natural Path
While Angie is known for her warm personality, she also brings a strong clinical background as a Certified EMT. At one time, she was on the path to becoming a nurse, but after having her children, she realized that the traditional medical model wasn't where her heart truly lied. Much like Dr. Meyer, Angie found herself drawn to a more natural approach to healthcare. She felt a calling toward a proactive, holistic path that focuses on wellness and prevention, which is why she is so passionate about helping our patients thrive.
A Legacy of Service & Connection
Before joining our team, Angie was a familiar face for years as a waitress at the beloved local restaurant, Rivertown. Even though it closed in 2007, neighbors still remember her for her incredible memory and her genuine interest in every person she meets. Today, she combines that same personal connection with a high level of professional discretion and clinical skill.
A Pillar of the Community
Angie’s heart for service extends far beyond the clinic walls. Since 1999, she and her mother have owned and operated the local shop Seasonal Treasures and Gifts. Perhaps most notably, Angie is the "quiet spearhead" behind the Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner hosted at the local Methodist Church.
She started this beautiful tradition in 2002 to ensure no one in our community has to spend the holiday alone. If you would like to share in the Thanksgiving meal or wish to donate a turkey or a pie, please reach out to Angie at the office at the beginning of November.
A Journey of Healing
Angie’s passion for her work comes from her own family’s transformation. Years before she joined the staff, she was a patient of Dr. Meyer seeking relief from chronic migraines. However, her "aha" moment came through her son. After years of struggling with bedwetting, a few precise pelvic adjustments from Dr. Meyer completely resolved the issue. This taught Angie that chiropractic care isn't just about back pain—it’s about restoring the body’s natural ability to heal.
Beyond the Clinic
Family is everything to Angie. She is a proud mom of three and cherishes every moment spent with her grandson (and her beloved grand-dogs!). An avid reader, one of her favorite books is Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo. To recharge, Angie seeks the serenity of nature. Her favorite getaways are trips "Out West" to the mountains of Wyoming, though it is her dream to one day witness the wild majesty of Alaska.
